- Day 1- Shaba
Transfer to the company’s lounge; depart to Shaba
national reserve (famous for Joy Adamson who raised Elsa
the lioness) located to the northern part of Kenya to arrive
for lunch at Sarova Shaba lodge. Afternoon game drive. The
reserve has rare species of animals almost only found in
the northern part of Kenya.
Dinner and overnight Sarova Shaba- full board.
- Day 2 – Shaba
Breakfast at the lodge. Morning and afternoon game drives
giving you the chance to sight the Grevy zebra, reticulated
giraffe, Beisa Oryx and the Somali ostrich rarely found
in other parks and other animal and bird species. Dinner
an overnight Sarova Shaba- full board.
- Day 3- Aberdares
After breakfast drive to the Aberdares, have a view of the
ranges, arrive at Outspan hotel for lunch. Transfer to Treetops
by the lodge’s own transport (please leave extra luggage
at the hotel, only carry the light bags). Evening game viewing
from the lodge’s balconies. Dinner and overnight Treetops-
full board
- Day 4 –Lake Nakuru
Transfer to Outspan hotel for breakfast. Drive down along
the Aberdares to the Rift Valleys to Lake Nakuru national
park. Lunch at Lake Nakuru lodge. Afternoon game drive with
the possibility of sighting, black and white rhinos, the
Rothschild’s giraffe and other species of animals
and birds. Overnight Lake Nakuru lodge- full board
- Day 5- Maasai Mara
Drive along the Great Rift Valleys to the great Masai Mara
reserve. Lunch at Mara safari club. Afternoon game drive.
Dinner and overnight Mara safari club or David Livingstone
resort- full board
- Day 6 – Maasai Mara
After breakfast, morning balloon safaris or bush break fast
at extra cost or just have morning game drives to explore
Mara where you will have a full day exploring the majestic
Maasai Mara with the possibility of seeing the Big Five.
Afternoon game drive or visit to the Maasai homes (extra
cost pay locally). Dinner and overnight at Mara safari club
or David Livingstone resort – full board.
- Day 7- RETURN
Drive back to Nairobi, transfer to the airport. Or proceed
to Kenyan coastal beaches or to Zanzibar.
